1. STEPS TO FOLLOW IN YOUR PURCHASE

To make your purchase at Market Place New York you must follow these steps:

  • Choose the product category.
  • Select the type of jewel. In case it is a ring, you must select the size that best suits you (remember that we work with sizes 12, 14, 16 and 18).
  • To view a product in more detail, click on its photo and you will access an enlarged image with information on the name, the reference and the price of the product, as well as the sizes. You will also have access to specifications about your materials and additional information.
  • Once the jewel is selected, add it to the basket using the “ADD TO CART” button.
  • When you have finished the order, access your cart and click on “BUY” to go to the payment process.
  • Select a payment method: Credit Card or PayPal.
  • Enter the required information and shipping address where you want us to send the order.
  • Confirm your order.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order.

2. PAYMENT METHODS AND TYPES OF ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS

We have the following payment methods: Credit Card and PayPal. We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express. For payment with debit cards and Amex, the charge will be in real time.

3. SECURITY DURING THE PAYMENT PROCESS

Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, send us an email to shop@marketplacenewyork.com notifying the cancellation of your order and the reason for cancellation, and we will do our best to help you. You can also manually cancel your orders in the order history of your user account. If you do not see the cancellation link, we will probably have already prepared and sent your order.

7. RETURNS

MPNY accepts returns in the following cases: – The order has arrived in poor condition.

– Wrong size.
– The product is not what was expected and you want to exchange for another or return it.

This return will be applied exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. You must also include all instructions, documents and product packaging. No refund will be made if the product has been used or has suffered any damage, so be careful with the product (s) while in your possession. The period of time to change or return an item is 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

According to the Regulatory Regulations for Distance Sales, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days (from the date of receipt) to exercise the right of withdrawal on their order in Market Place New York. In that case, Market Place New York will refund your entire order, but you must return the entire order to us. Transportation charges will be borne by the buyer. The order must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If you want to make a change or a return you must write to shop@marketplacenewyork.com, where you will be given the return address.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please note that we review ALL items before leaving our facilities. In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the offer, you must contact us immediately through our email (recommended) shop@marketplacenewyork.com and indicate the details of the product as well as the damage it suffers, or phone the number 91 133 44 18 where we will indicate the way to proceed. You will have 48 hours after receipt of your order to send us your concern.

8. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?

MPNY ships worldwide. However, it is important to know that some national (Ceuta, Melilla, Canary and Andorra) and international shipments may be subject to the payment of taxes and customs fees. <

MPNY undertakes to generate the appropriate documentation for customs management, but in no case will it be responsible for the additional costs arising from the shipment.

9. PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All our products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of delivery of the order. The guarantee will only apply to any lack of conformity for “manufacturing defects”. This guarantee will be voided by damages caused as wear due to normal use of the piece, improper use, falls or blows that could have damaged the piece. The guarantee excludes the loss or theft of it. MPNY does not cover the loss of the gold plating after 3 months of its purchase since it is not considered “manufacturing defects”. For this reason, avoid contacting your jewel with lacquers, alcohols, creams, salt water and / or any chemical.

Yes, it is necessary to specify on our website to buy, as well as provide the data required by current legislation: name, surname, email, telephone and shipping

11. ARE THE PRICES IN THE ONLINE STORE SON THE SAME AS THOSE OF THE PHYSICAL STORE AND THE SALES POINTS OF EL CORTE INGLÉS?

The prices of the online store are the same as those applied to the rest of our stores and points of sale, all have VAT included.
