Shipping and returns


Unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will ship your order within 48-72 hours, on business days from the current preparation. Being able to take up to 7 days in the case of:

  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Difficulties in the delivery area
  • Bulky product

Note in any case that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

All shipments are delivered by courier. It is essential that you provide us with a telephone number and an email when placing your order. It will be understood that the “delivery” has occurred at the time of signing the receipt thereof at the agreed delivery address


If it is impossible for us after two attempts to make the delivery, we will try to find a safe place to leave the package, previously confirming with you the place. If we still could not deliver the package, we would deposit it again in the logistics center of the selected transport company. You will have up to 5 days to proceed with your collection, after which we will give up your interest in the order without being able to claim any refund for any reason.


We will not be liable for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations we assume, whose cause is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”). Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and will include the following:

  • Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
  • Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (whether declared or not) or threat or war preparations.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
  • Impossibility of using trains, ships, airplanes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.
  • Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems.
  • Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of other governments.
  • Strike, failures or accidents of maritime or river transport, postal or any other type of transport.

It will be understood that our compliance obligation will be suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension in the period to fulfill our obligation during such period. We will use all reasonable means to find a solution through which we can fulfill our obligations to you.


The risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery.

FORMS AND SHIPPING COSTS ships throughout the European Union. It is essential to provide a contact telephone number and an email to solve any problem related to the shipment. If the contact telephone number does not appear on the order form, it cannot be processed. Currently we only have shipping through a transport agency, which may be the one we consider best according to the geographical area or the weight and volume of the product/s.

Urgent shipments are made on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and not on weekends.


It is essential, as an obligation of the buyer in case of receiving the incorrect merchandise, to inform by means of an email to or by telephone 91 133 44 17 during personal attention hours. Failure to do so within 12 hours of receiving the order, cannot be held responsible for the resolution of the conflict.

MPNY accepts returns in the following cases:
– The order has arrived in poor condition.
– Wrong size.
– The product is not what was expected, and you want to exchange for another or return it.

This return will be applied exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. You must also include all instructions, documents and product packaging.

No refund will be made if the product has been used or has suffered any damage, so be careful with the product (s) while in your possession.

The period of time to change or return an item is 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
